Is this a fake recruiter?

Scammers frequently pose as professional recruiters or potential employers to steal personal and financial information. These “recruiters” can be challenging to identify as they use real company details and online resumes to make their fraudulent listings seem legitimate. However, it is possible to identify these scams and avoid becoming victims of their deceptive job recruitment schemes. Here are some essential tips:

1) The account is relatively new and has very few connections.

2) Offering a high salary right away.

There is always a budget. Even though, companies offer an open salary range depending on the candidate's skills and experience it's always close to the market range.

3) Offering you the job without an interview / Submitting your application without an initial intro call.

4) Requesting money for their services.

This is a red flag. Recruiters are typically compensated by the hiring company, not the candidate unless you have explicitly agreed to specific conditions at your own discretion.

Work only with professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
